Prepare the phone at home, but keep it with you until the sale is confirmed.
Back up what matters.
Save your photos, messages, contacts, and authentication information before erasing anything.
Remove account locks.
Sign out of iCloud, Google, or Samsung accounts and disable activation locks such as Find My.
Remove personal items.
Take out SIM and memory cards. Bring accessories only when your quote specifically includes them.
Bring the QR code.
The store scans it to open the referral, device details, and quote you already completed online.

How is my quote calculated?
Your quote uses the exact model, storage, network, and condition you select. The available store verifies those details before the sale is completed.
Do I need to ship my phone?
Not when the local partner route is available. Choose a participating store, bring your phone and QR code, and complete the inspection and payment in person.
What should I bring?
Bring the phone, your GizmoGrind QR code, and valid identification if the selected store requires it. Remove activation locks before you arrive.
Can the final price change?
The online quote is conditional on the phone matching the configuration and condition you selected. You review any verified adjustment before deciding whether to sell.
When do I hand over the phone?
Keep control of the phone until the inspection is finished, you accept the final amount, and you confirm that payment has been completed.
