You can use various adjectives to describe how you\u2019re thinking and feeling on a mental and physical level. This is an excellent way to get in touch with yourself after a long day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The app uses the information that <strong>you provide <\/strong>to recommend guided meditations and yoga sessions, depending on what you need.
